Osgood Residence
This project necessitated civil, structural, and surveying services. Our team dug test pits, conducted percolation tests, and prepared a septic design, site survey, and wetland delineation. We also worked in conjunction with the architect by reviewing the architectural plans and retro-fitting them as per the owner. Our company then prepared and drafted the structural design for a large addition to the existing small residence.
