The Conservatory
Ross Engineering, LLC provided the structural design and drafting of several conservatories in the Seacoast area & assisted the developer in their construction.
These small but elegant sunrooms required innovative structural details to assure the developer’s fine aesthetic vision and features. A radiant heated concrete slab provided a comfortable space for all seasons.
Site inspections, framing designs and connections were reviewed with the developer to produce a high quality code-conforming structure.
Roof framing was constructed in an enclosed controlled environment and then disassembled to be re-constructed on site.
These conservatories were a great addition at each existing residence, and greatly improved the 4-season quality of life in each home.
